Refund Policy

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your item(s). But if for any reason you’re not, we want to make it right - within reason.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at annetaridesigns@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at annetaridesigns@gmail.com.
